I had a great experience with Intricate Dentistry last week. I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of care and customer service i received here. I received excellent dental care from dentists Thai and Jennie. They have a passion for their world class dental treatments. They both answered all my questions and educated me extensively about my deep cleaning. The entire staff is very friendly. Shout out to Addie, she is very friendly and always willing to help! I used to hate going to the dentist but now i look forward to keeping up to date with regular dental treatments with this office. I recommend anyone see this dental office for their dental care needs because i now have a high appreciation for keeping my teeth and gums as clean and healthy as possible. I am a new patient but i now know im in great hands with this dental office. Every other dentist office ive been to seems to want to rip you off and rush you, but not here! I rate them a 5/5

o all at Intricate Dentistry thank you for a wonderful experience during my visit. I contacted intricate dentistry about a tooth that I had pain on and they saw me immediately on the day I called to perform a diagnosis. I had a cracked tooth that needed a crown or needed to be pulled out. I scheduled my appointment with Addi, the office manager, and she assured me that I would be in good hands with Dr. Nguyen. She even scheduled Ms. Kelly to work with Dr. Nguyen during my visit, because she saw that I was concerned, thanks Addi. Upon arriving I was stressed out because of the procedure and this was the first time using Intricate Dentistry for my dental work, my blood pressure was sky high to say the least. Dr. Nguyen and Ms. Kelly attention to my stress and concerns were at the forefront of their minds. Ms. Kelly was exceptional helping me stay calm before and during my dental work. She even put on the movie The Parent Trap for me to watch and stay calm. Dr. Nguyen determined that my tooth could not be saved and extracted it. I felt no pain during my entire visit and extraction. Dr. Nguyen's professionalism, attention to detail and putting the patient first is evident in his work and team. I am very impressed with the professionalism and thankful for the entire team at Intricate Dentistry. I have found a new home for my dental work needs. God Bless You.

At first, I felt uncomfortable as this was my first visit in years. I’ve always had that fear about visiting the dentist because of the poor experiences I’ve had in the past. However, I didn’t have that experience with Dr. Nguyen and his staff members. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen was very helpful and well-informed about my needs and procedures. They made me excited about my next appointment and I’m very happy to have this group work on my teeth.

My visit to the office was great! The place looked lovely and Dr. Nguyen and the staff were so nice. They made sure everything was ok and explained everything they needed to. The TV was a nice addition since I had visits in the past where there was nothing to do when being treated. It's an amazing place that I would recommend to family and friends!
